Easy Lo Mein

1/2 to 3/4 can Spam, in 3/4" cubes
1 carrot, sliced
1 rib celery, sliced
1/4 of a medium cabbage, cut in thin strips
about 1/2 of a small package of spaghetti
soy sauce, sesame oil, brown bean paste, ginger, hoisin sauce as desired
Place vegetables in saucepan and simmer for 10 min. while spaghetti is cooking.

Heat wok and put in 1 T. oil and stir-fry Spam (or other meat) with 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion.

Drain vegetables and add to wok. Pour in some soy sauce and/or other oriental seasonings listed above. You can also add a little 5 Spice Powder, and garlic powder, stirring to blend seasonings.
