LEMON CHEESECAKE
- from Cupcake recipe
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs in pie plate and press to shape. Bake 15
minutes in moderate oven. Cool. Cream cheese in mixer. Add sugar and Jello
mixed with 1/4 cup water. Whip COLD milk until thick. Add cheese mixture.
Fill baked crust and chill. Belleair, Florida
