964780 -- BERRIES AND CHERRIES ROSE'

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. rose' wine
1/2 c. raspberries and halved
strawberries
1 c. pitted sweet cherries
In medium bowl mix gelatin and sugar. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin
dissolves completely then stir in wine. Refrigerate stirring occasionally until
mixture begins to thicken and become syrupy. Fold in berries and cherries.
Pour into a 4 cup mold or 6 3/4 cup individual molds. Refrigerate until firm 3
or 4 hours. Serve with whipped cream. Fraiche in potpourri section.
