964673 -- MARTIN STEW

1 1/2 qts. water
2 1/2 c. macaroni
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 qt. tomato juice
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. frozen peas
Bring 1 1/2 quart water to boil in large kettle. Add macaroni. Brown ground
beef and onion. When redness is gone, add meat to macaroni. Add tomato juice
and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 1/2 hour. Just before serving add 2 cups
frozen peas. Cook a few minutes and serve. Serves 6 to 8.
