Hot Chilli Pickle
Thin green chillies- 200 gms
Salt- 35 gms
Dry mango powder(amchur)- 50 gms
White Vinegar- 2 cups
Onion seed(Kalonchi)- 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1 tsp
Vegetable oil- ¼ cup
Method of preparation:
Slit green chillies vertically. Mix the dry mango
powder, salt and turmeric.
Mix the green chillies to this dry mixture. Meanwhile
heat oil in a pan and fry
onion seeds for 4-5 mins. Pour this oil mixture to
the green chillies and mix them all.
Add vinegar and when cooled bottle it. It is good
to eat after two days and can be
taken with Indian bread or dhal rice.
